Malouf is proud to bring great performances of opera in concert
to all the people of New York again this season. Join us for an economical
afternoon or evening of fine music that we are sure will delight you.
The West Side Opera was founded in 1989. Its mission is to provide singers
with the opportunity to perform complete operas in concert. Singers in past
WSO productions have gone on to perform with The Metropolitan Opera, New
York City Opera, Los Angelos Music Center Opera, Houston Grand Opera,
Dallas Opera, Washington Opera, Anchorage Opera, Cincinnati Opera, Sarasota
Opera, the Spoleto Festival, and in European opera houses.
In 2010, West Side Opera continues with a concert performance of Richard Waagner's
GOETTERDAEMERUNG, ACT 2.
