Take the BQE to the Prospect Expressway. Take the Prospect Expressway until it terminus on Ocean Parkway. Stay in the left lane on Ocean Parkway to Canton Avenue. Make a left on Canton Avenue. Drive on Canton Avenue to Coney Island Avenue. Make a left on Coney Island Avenue and drive north to the traffic circle. Enter the traffic circle and make the first right along the park until you reach the Ocean Avenue, Flatbush Avenue, Empire Blvd. intersection. Make a left on Flatbush Avenue and look for parking. The zoo is located on Flatbush Avenue.

From South Queens:

Take the Van Wyck Expressway or the Grand Central to the Interboro Parkway westbound. Follow the Interboro to the Bushwick Avenue exit, veer right. Drive about 4 blocks to Eastern Parkway, then turn left on Eastern Parkway. Follow Eastern Parkway to its end at the Grand Army Plaza traffic circle. Drive almost all the way around the traffic circle to Flatbush Avenue, near the entrance of the park, turn right onto Flatbush Avenue and look for parking. The zoo is on that stretch of Flatbush Avenue.

From South Queens via the Belt Parkway:

Take the Belt Parkway to exit 11 north near Kings Plaza. Go north on Flatbush Avenue and follow it straight north to the Park through the heart of the Boro, about 4 miles. The zoo is located on Flatbush Avenue

Via the Subway:

Take the D or the Q train to the Prospect Park Station. Walk up Flatbush Avenue to the zoo, near the Lefferts Homestead.
